Wild Geese
This fall, I’ve been paying attention to the sky more and have been hearing the faint cries and seeing the familiar “V” of migrating geese and ducks, ever so high up.
During much of my Craniosacral training, we began most days sitting in circle, and before the anatomy or the new technique or the time on the tables, often my teachers would read us a poem, followed by a period of silence.
This poem was one of the early ones my first teacher (thank you, Ursula) introduced, and it has touched me ever since. You can listen to it here, read by the author.
