Jennifer Cea

“I’ve been seeing Jennifer for nearly over a year and a half and she is by far the best massage therapist I’ve had.”

– Alice B.

About Jennifer:

I have felt a calling to massage therapy ever since experiencing its healing potential in my own body. Overcoming low back pain through massage instilled in me a curiosity about the great healing potential of the human body. This curiosity and a deep desire to be of service to others led me to become a massage therapist and continue to guide me in my sessions with clients and to lead me toward new modalities of bodywork. I have come to appreciate my role as a facilitator of healing in my clients, allowing healing to unfold during and after our sessions together (amazing!). Giving my clients my full attention in a safe and compassionate space and allowing them the opportunity to tune into their body’s rhythms and their need for hands-on care is an honor.

I love working in partnership with my clients, supporting them through massage and craniosacral therapy, and educating them in ways they can further their healing outside of our sessions. Self care is an integral extension of the treatment work we do on the table.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, walks through the trails in Carkeek Park, running, cooking, raising my daughters alongside my husband and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to continuing to study craniosacral therapy techniques, especially to support infants and children, as well as additional myofascial techniques to support all of my clients.

What People Say:

“I have been going to Helix for just about a year and have found each massage to be like a little weekly present. Jennifer is caring in her bedside manner, thoughtful about restorative health and individual issues, and just a real pro.”

− Jennifer R.

“She took time to talk to me and discuss problem areas, any issues I was having, and what I wanted from my massage. She was incredibly informative and kind and it was obvious that she truly wanted to help. I will most definitely go back.”
