For our clients with Premera and Aetna health insurance

We will discontinue our contracts with Premera on August 1st and with Aetna on September 1st.
We would love to continue working with you and want to make this transition as easy as possible. We will still be working with these plans, just not as contracted providers, and we will still submit claims for you. You will also be able to work with any massage therapist here and take advantage of our prepaid package deals, too.

For sessions considered out of network with Premera, we will 


  • Help you check on your out of network benefits in advance;
  • Collect payment at the time of service ($45/30 minutes; $65/ 45 minutes; $85/ 60 minutes);
  • Submit the claim for you (no complicated paperwork to complete- hurray!) as we currently do; and
  • Your plan will reimburse you directly for what they cover.

(If you don’t receive payment or a response from your plan within six weeks, please let us know, and our billing service will follow up with your plan.)

For sessions considered out of network with Aetna, we will 


  • Help you check on your out of network benefits in advance;
  • Continue to submit your claims as we currently do; and
  • Collect copayments/coinsurance amounts and bill you after the claim has processed for any outstanding balance, as we currently do.
